The Customer wishes the Provider to provide the Cleaning Services at the Premises from the Commencement Date subject to the Customer paying the Cleaning Charges, all as set out above and in Schedule 1 and subject to the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page

Social Media, Imagery & Case Study Disclaimer

As part of our service delivery and marketing, we may capture imagery (including photographs and/or video) of the work we carry out during or after your clean. These may be used on our website, social media platforms, or in promotional material to showcase our work. We may also share a brief case study describing the type of clean, specific challenges, and the results — for example: "End of tenancy deep clean completed in a residential property in the Preston area."
Please note:
• No personal or identifying information (e.g., names, full addresses, recognisable personal items) will ever be disclosed.
• Only general location terms may be used (e.g., “Preston area”, “North West”).
• All content will focus solely on the cleaning work and its results.
• You have the right to opt out of imagery or case study usage at any time.
